Algerian Chicken

8-10 pieces
Ingredients
4 tbsp olive oil
2 onions chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mixed spices
1 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
6-8 pieces of chicken
Directions
In a pot, combine the olive oil, onions, salt, pepper, mixed spice, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and cumin. Sautée until soft.
Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add chicken and arrange so each piece is covered with sauce. Sprinkle a little more salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning over the pieces. Cover pot and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Plate chicken pieces, use the sauce on pasta or couscous.
