Bread Pudding
Tina’s original bread pudding recipe.
Ingredients
4 cup milk
3 cup sugar
6 large eggs
2 sticks butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tsp ground nutmeg
20 hamburger buns
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly butter a baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, and eggs. Add the butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg a little at a time, whisking in between.
Tear the buns into 1-inch cubes/pieces. Stir in half of the bun pieces and mash down the mixture.
Mix in the remaining bun but do not mash down the mixture into a mush. Just stir the ingredients until the remaining buns are coated.
Bake for 45 minutes
