Red Wine Vinaigrette
Ingredients
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 filets anchovy, rough chop
1/3 cup salad oil
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the red wine vinegar, minced garlic, minced shallots, Dijon mustard and anchovies in a bowl or a blender.
Slowly add the oils while blending or whisking.
Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
