Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 shallot, minced

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 filets anchovy, rough chop

  • 1/3 cup salad oil

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine the red wine vinegar, minced garlic, minced shallots, Dijon mustard and anchovies in a bowl or a blender.

  • Slowly add the oils while blending or whisking.

  • Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
