Salsa

Servings:
about 32 oz of salsa
Ingredients
2 chilies
2 15-oz cans of stewed chopped tomatoes
¼ chopped bunch of fresh cilantro
½ chopped whole onion (sweet)
lime juice (or lemon juice)
salt to taste
Directions
Roast chilies in oil - about 1-3 minutes
Blend chilies + one can of tomatoes till very fine.
Add all other ingredients; can of tomatoes, cilantro, onion, add lime juice (or lemon), and salt to taste.
