about 32 oz of salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 chilies

  • 2 15-oz cans of stewed chopped tomatoes

  • ¼ chopped bunch of fresh cilantro

  • ½ chopped whole onion (sweet)

  • lime juice (or lemon juice)

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Roast chilies in oil - about 1-3 minutes

  • Blend chilies + one can of tomatoes till very fine.

  • Add all other ingredients; can of tomatoes, cilantro, onion, add lime juice (or lemon), and salt to taste.
