S'mores Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch store-bought brownie box mix (plus eggs, water and oil according to box mix)

  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

  • 6 whole graham crackers

  • 1 cup milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • Prepare and bake brownies according to directions on back of box for specific recipe and pan size.

  • After baking brownies and immediately on removing pans from oven, sprinkle miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips over warm brownie surface.

  • Return to hot oven for about 2 minutes to melt chocolate and marshmallows.

  • Remove from oven and arrange graham crackers on top of hot marshmallows and chocolate. Press down lightly.

  • Cool completely. Cut into servings along graham cracker indentations.
