S'mores Brownies
Ingredients
1 pouch store-bought brownie box mix (plus eggs, water and oil according to box mix)
2 cups miniature marshmallows
6 whole graham crackers
1 cup milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Prepare and bake brownies according to directions on back of box for specific recipe and pan size.
After baking brownies and immediately on removing pans from oven, sprinkle miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips over warm brownie surface.
Return to hot oven for about 2 minutes to melt chocolate and marshmallows.
Remove from oven and arrange graham crackers on top of hot marshmallows and chocolate. Press down lightly.
Cool completely. Cut into servings along graham cracker indentations.
