Tabouleh
Ingredients
100-150g bulgar wheat
juice of 3-4 lemons
1 cucumber
5 tomatoes
large bunch parsley (fresh)
1 tbsp fresh or dried mint
2 tbsp olive oil
salt as needed
Directions
Soak the bulgar wheat in the lemon juice. Prepare the other ingredients in the meantime.
Once ingredients are prepared, mix all together.
Serve or chill.
