Ingredients

  • 100-150g bulgar wheat

  • juice of 3-4 lemons

  • 1 cucumber

  • 5 tomatoes

  • large bunch parsley (fresh)

  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried mint

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • salt as needed

Directions

  • Soak the bulgar wheat in the lemon juice. Prepare the other ingredients in the meantime.

  • Once ingredients are prepared, mix all together.

  • Serve or chill.
